To analyze processed DTI images for research, it is recommended to use either of the libraries below:

- (MATLAB) `Tools for NIfTI and ANALYZE image <https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/8797-tools-for-nifti-and-analyze-image>`_
- (Python) `NiBabel <https://nipy.org/nibabel/>`_

Feel free to try other libraries available online.
